Orbilogin Not Working Issue not fixed after RESTART?

After performing the RESTART or Power-cycle of your router, the orbilogin not working issue is still not fixed; you might need to understand your ISP. They might need one connection type from the both mentioned below:

  • Static IP: This is an IP address provided by the ISP. It always remains the same so you should ask this IP address from your ISP. Contact them now if you don’t have it.
  • Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE): This connection type requires the username and password to access the Internet that is provided by the ISP.

If the requirement of connection type is truly different from ISP then follow the below steps:

  • Open the NETGEAR Orbi app dashboard and click ADVANCED option.
  • Under this screen, select the connection type that is required by your ISP.
  • If you are unsure about which connection type will be selected here so you can contact your ISP as all these settings belong to them.

Follow the below steps if the orbilogin not working issue still not fixed:-

  • Make sure it is not an internet problem this time otherwise you need to get in touch with your ISP.
  • If your device is connected to the router with a wired connection, make sure no port is loose.
  • If your device is connected to the Orbi but there is no internet access, check whether your internet connection is active.
  • Open any web browser on your PC, laptop or any WiFI enabled device that is connected to the network.
  • In the URL/ address bar, type orbilogin.com. A user login window will open.
  • Enter the NETGEAR Orbi router admin username and password. The NETGEAR orbi default credentials are username is and password is password. Both of them are case-sensitive.
  • A BASIC Home page will get open.
  • Click the ADVANCED tab. An ADVANCED Home page will be displayed.
  • Check whether an IP address is shown or not from the Internet port. If you see 0.0.0.0 that means your router hasn’t obtained an IP address from your Internet service provider (ISP). RESTART your NETGEAR Orbi router by forcing your cable (DSL modem) to recognize your new network.
